Political Science

The Department of Political Science was established in 1991 along with the establishment of the college. Dr. Ashwini A. Khapare was in charge of this department from 1993 to 2022. This department organized a national level seminar on the topic ‘Integrated Rural Development through Panchayat Raj’ on 7 January 2015. In the same year, Dr. Khapare was awarded the Ph.D. degree by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. Like all other departments, this department also adopts effective teaching and evaluation methods. The post of this department is vacant after the retirement of Dr. Khapare.
